Warranty Policy

YUNSHAO offers 3 years free warranty

During the warranty period, if any issue arises, we will strive to provide you with satisfactory services. To ensure you get the full benefit of the warranty, please read the following carefully.

Products Covered

  • Turnstile Gates (Swing Gate , Speed Gate, Flap Barrier Gate, Sliding Turnstile , Tripod Turnstile, Full Height Turnstile)

  • Access Control Devices and functions, including but not limited to facial recognition, QR code, RFID card, Fingerprint recognition, etc.

  • Controllers, main control boards, logic boards, driver boards, and internal electronic modules

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, YUNSHAO will repair or replace any product or component that fails due to manufacturing defects, material defects, or workmanship issues.

The warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mainboards, control boards, logic boards, driver boards

  • Motors, motor drivers, reducers, and mechanical transmission components

  • Power supplies, power modules, and internal wiring

  • Sensors, infrared detectors, limit switches, and safety modules

  • Access control modules (facial, QR, RFID, etc.)

  • Communication interfaces and ports
    (TCP/IP, RS485, RS232, Wiegand, Relay, etc.)

  • Indicator lights, LED boards, buzzer modules

  • Firmware, system logic, and official software-related malfunctions

  • Mechanical components that fail under normal use (non-human factors)

If repair is not feasible, YUNSHAO may provide a replacement product or component of equivalent performance.

What Is Not Covered

  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or firmware/software changes

  • Physical damage, water ingress (non-IP models), corrosion caused by environment

  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or force majeure

  • Normal wear, consumable parts, or appearance aging

Warranty Service Process
  1. Provide product model, serial number, invoice, and issue description
    (photos or video if necessary).

  2. YUNSHAO engineers provide remote diagnosis or request return of parts.

  3. Approved warranty cases will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Shipping:

  • Customer ships defective items to YUNSHAO

  • YUNSHAO ships repaired or replacement parts back

After-Warranty Support

After the warranty period, YUNSHAO continues to provide paid repair service, spare parts supply, and lifetime technical support.
