Warranty Policy

YUNSHAO provides system-based warranty coverage according to different product categories.
Warranty terms vary by system type to ensure clear responsibility and long-term operational reliability.

All warranty periods start from the date of shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

System-Based Warranty Coverage

Turnstile Gates – 3-Year Warranty

Applies to all YUNSHAO pedestrian access gate products, including:

  • Speed Gates
  • Swing Turnstile Gates
  • Flap Barrier Gates
  • Sliding Turnstiles
  • Tripod Turnstiles
  • Full Height Turnstiles

Parking Management Systems – 1-Year Warranty

Applies to primary parking control and vehicle access equipment, including:

  • LPR (License Plate Recognition) Cameras
  • Boom Barrier Gates
  • Parking Ticket / Card Dispensers
  • Parking Payment Terminals
  • Parking Guidance System Devices
  • Ultrasonic Parking Sensors
  • UHF Long Range RFID Readers
  • Parking Accessories & Peripherals

Warranty Coverage Scope

During the applicable warranty period, YUNSHAO will repair or replace defective products or components caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship issues

Covered components include, but are not limited to:

  • Mainboards, control boards, driver boards
  • Motors, motor drivers, reducers, transmission components
  • Power supplies and internal wiring
  • Sensors, infrared detectors, limit switches
  • Communication interfaces
    (TCP/IP, RS485, RS232, Wiegand, Relay)
  • Indicator lights, LED modules, buzzer units
  • Firmware or official software-related malfunctions

If repair is not technically feasible, YUNSHAO may provide a replacement of equivalent performance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
  • Software or firmware altered without authorization
  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, or misuse
  • Physical damage, impact damage, or vandalism
  • Water ingress on non-IP-rated products
  • Environmental damage, corrosion, or chemical exposure
  • Force majeure events (fire, flood, lightning, earthquake)
  • Normal wear, consumable parts, or cosmetic aging

Warranty Service Procedure

1. Customer provides product model, serial number, shipment reference, and fault description (photos or videos may be required)

2. YUNSHAO engineers perform remote diagnosis or request return of defective parts

3. Approved warranty cases are repaired or replaced at no charge

Logistics Responsibility

  • Customer ships defective items or parts to YUNSHAO
  • YUNSHAO ships repaired or replacement parts back to the customer

Post-Warranty Support

After warranty expiration, YUNSHAO continues to provide:

  • Paid repair and maintenance services
  • Spare parts supply
  • Lifetime technical support for all YUNSHAO products
